Expansion of Central Steel Warehouse. Complete installation HVAC system including Infrared Heaters, Electric Cabinet Heaters, Fans & Exhaust Ventilation.

Chestnut Street Complex Renovations-Newton,MA
Completed interior building renovation by the contractor to fit out for office spaces. Our focus was renovating and upgrading bathrooms, elevator pits, and HVAC equipment. Plumbing was installed from the underground upgrade all the way up to full replacement of all fixtures. Oil separators were needed for the elevator sumps. Complete installation of 8 furnaces, condensers, refrigeration lines and all associated duct work were installed as the new heating and cooling system for the building.

New build commercial space to host retail space including a Starbucks. Installation 5 RTU packages with drop to tenant fit outs.

Renovation to existing commercial space for new retail tenants. Installation of control wiring and 7 RTU packages with drop to tenant fit outs. Installed baseboard and unit heaters.

Riverside Community Care Center-Somerville, MA
Complete interior renovation by the contractor for Riverside Community Care behavior health and human service center. Our focus was renovating and upgrading HVAC systems. All new heat piping is being installed along with 2 new boilers, fin tube radiation, and cabinet unit heaters. A new Mitsubishi VRF system involving 112 units, 10 condensers, 1 ERU and 5 BC boxes were also installed.
